Entry Level Account Representative Needed ASAP! – Full Time/ Weekly Pay

As an Entry Level Account Representative, you will be working within our retail locations, working directly with the public. You will be in charge of sales presentations, brand promotions, answering customer service questions and really educating our customers on new promotions, products, and pricings offered by our clients. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and people interaction skills.

Evantage Inc was created in 2006, but within the last 14 years we have expand to 20+ locations and currently growing again. We are expanding into 3 more locations within the next year. We are looking to cross train top candidates from the Entry Level Account Representative position into various management and leadership roles within our company.

During the cross training, Account Representatives will learn every aspect of our business, from daily operations, HR, administrative, finance as well as management and leadership skills. Our goal is to get these top candidates in line to run a single branch location, managing one of our clients and overseeing 20-30 of our reps.

We represent major clients in the telecommunication and energy industry. We handle their new customer acquisitions, brand marketing, customer service and relation for our clients. We partner with major retail brands to maximize exposure for our brands and optimize sales.

Job Requirements

Candidates with the following skill sets will excel in our company:

  • 2-4 years degree, ALL Majors are considered
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Experience in working with customers or clients directly face-to-face or one-on-one
  • Sales, Marketing, Restaurant, Customer Service or Retail work history
  • Leadership or management experience is a plus, not required
  • Outstanding work ethic and dedication to accomplishing challenges
  • Fast learner
