Evantage, Inc. is a privately-owned sales and marketing firm in the Dallas area with an expanding client portfolio. Currently, we represent the biggest enterprises in the communication and energy industry. We have expanded to 21 offices in 16 states since opening our doors in 2006.

We are opening 3 more national offices by the end of this year - each run by a manager who started in the Entry Level Customer Account Representative position and progressed through our management training program. We find that candidates with sports backgrounds have valuable skill sets due to their work ethic, team oriented, competitive drive, and ability to win in all types of situations.

Customer Account Representatives will be in charge of one on one sales presentations with prospective customers in order to deliver new pricing, products, promotions to increase our clients' market share. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to customer service, customer retention, sales workshops, data entry and cross-pricing analysis, and promotional marketing.

All of our positions are entry-level, allow for rapid advancement into a branch-management role, and involve working with people on a daily basis, as well being cross trained in multiple areas of business management. No Telemarketing and No Door to Door Sales!

Those selected will gain experience not only in sales and marketing, but also campaign management, advertising, human resources, and team development. Work environment is incredibly important as well, and we are looking for candidates who work well in a team and can contribute to an exciting and energetic environment.

Job Requirements

Entry Level candidates with the following qualifications should apply:

  • 2-4 years degree preferred, not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership capability
  • Goal oriented and willing to take on challenges
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Customer service or experience working directly with customers or clients
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
